a wellness collective

As we nourish, grow and heal, joy is restored. Our goal is your vitality so you can step out fully into your purpose.

Our Mission Goes Beyond The Symptom

We are committed to helping you reach optimal health. There are layers to this — If we are sick, full of toxins and laden with stress, then it’s impossible to live with clarity. It’s like knowing you need to swim a distance, but you are so weighed down (spiritually, emotionally, physically) that you can barely tread water. You’re alive but you aren’t able to truly live. We are here to help with that - in fact that’s our life’s work.

When we align and abide (John 8:31b-32) in the Truth, we access intrinsic motivation — behavior that is driven by internal rewards. Simply put, the motivation to engage in a behavior arises from within us because it is life-giving and satisfying to us in mind/body/spirit.

The Meaning of our Name:

  • To nourish is to sustain and supply what is necessary for life.

Physical nourishment: Nutrition and supplementation are what sustain our life force. We must persevere in these efforts and actively pursue our own vitality.

Mental nourishment: Where you think, there you are. Simply put, if you say something enough you begin to believe it. How we spend our time and craft our lives yields abundance or lack.

Spiritual nourishment: “Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.” ‭‭John‬ ‭6:35‬

Feed on Jesus, the Bread of Life. Do this practically through celebrating communion and reading the Word of God.

  • Become gradually or increasingly.

Physical Growth: Your body is much more complex, unique and important than any number on a scale. Growth requires an expansion of awareness that can be acquired from a variety of methods. Time and discipline are required. We are in it for a lasting lifestyle, not for the magic bullet or drop-a-pant-size-a-week (then put it all back on then some) kind of ride.

Mental growth: We believe our most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishments.

Spiritual Growth: Abide (John 15). When we abide in the True Vine, we remain in Him, staying continually present with Him. Then we will experience growth, maturity, and productivity for the Kingdom.

“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:18‬

  • Cause to become sound or healthy again.

Physical Healing: Relief and restoration in the physical body.

Mental Healing: Emotional healing is the ability to take proper control of painful thoughts, feelings and emotions. The byproduct is a balanced awareness that allows us to be fully present without living through a filter of past experiences.

Spiritual Healing: Trust God, and know Him intimately. Acknowledge Him in all you do, and He will make a clear way before you. Be fully aware of the Living God and in fellowship with Him.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:5-8‬

Hi, I’m Lauren Kail.

Owner/Creator + Biblical Health Coach + Fitness Nutrition Specialist

In my walk, physical health has been a great inhibitor to purpose and calling. When you are literally weighed down by your illnesses, you often cannot see with clarity and therefore are misaligned with your purpose. This was the case for me, so I began to carve another way.

Through more than a decade of self exploration, years of professional wellness, and countless personal health trial-and-errors I have come to a place of clarity and peace. However, initial exploration brought a lot of frustration. What I found was a complete and total let down in the standard medical world through idiopathic diagnoses or magic-bullet promises that never panned out. I was always a “question mark”, but each new practice continued to boldly promise that they were the fix for me. None of these approaches acknowledged the ultimate sovereignty of God or the importance of truly taking care of the vessel that we have in this life - our physical bodies. None of these modalities worked with the patient, who knows themselves the best.

So I found another way, I pieced together some of the most important truths in health via functional and naturopathic avenues as well as the ultimate Truth that is the sovereignty of God. I found what it truly meant to “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” (Ps. 37:4)

Nourish. Grow. Heal. It’s a process, like peeling back the layers of an onion, that continues to evolve. As we nourish, grow and heal, we develop deeper awareness around the things that must be our focus. Everyone’s journey is different. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. The process is ever evolving and the beautiful gift is in this journey.

Frances Creekmuir →

Frances’ journey as a “wellness coach” began about 15 years ago. When she first learned about a wellness coach, she knew this was her next career. This journey was realized from her passion for health and wellness and realizing without good health, life is not the same. Most of us experience this through our own health or that of family and friends. It’s too familiar to us all that someone is diagnosed with a health condition that impacts life going forward. So the importance of taking care of your health is real. It makes a tremendous difference. Frances enjoys working with individuals and small groups to understand what good health takes and how to achieve it.

Additionally, Frances has corporate wellness experience - working with a company’s existing wellness programs or helping a company establish a wellness program.  She develops and runs small group programs to complement the corporate wellness programs.

Frances has devoted much time to study and understand the impact of toxins on human health.  She offers small group coaching to help educate and provide healthy alternatives for clients to try and use.

Spiritual health is a major component of your wellness journey.  Understanding and realizing that you need the strength of God to make any changes in your life is critical to your success. This is incorporated and encouraged throughout your journey.

Frances and her husband Bill have 5 children and 11 grandchildren.  She lives in Atlanta, GA.  Frances focuses on balance in life which includes daily movement.  Her current favorite workout is on the megaformer. When she was reversing her osteoporosis, this workout became so important for building overall body strength - she’s addicted to it.

Natalie Coale →

Natalie’s passion for holistic health and nutrition began after losing her mom to breast cancer when she was in her early twenty’s. Ten years later she lost her dad to ALS. Watching her parents battle terminal illness and seek healing solutions outside the conventional medical model stirred something deep in Natalie’s heart. Through naturopathic care, homeopathic and functional medicine, nutrition and detoxification, Natalie witnessed firsthand the power of alternative medicine.  These holistic modalities continued to play a key part in Natalie’s wellness journey as she sought healing for her own health issues.

It was also through daily lifestyle decisions and using food as medicine that Natalie realized we don’t have to feel helpless or hopeless about our genetics but rather we can feel empowered that our daily choices can positively impact our genetic expression, ultimately contributing to our vitality. Natalie also believes whole person wellness is not just about addressing the physical body but also the mind and the spirit. Focusing on the nourishment of her soul was a critical piece in Natalie’s own wellness journey. Her personal relationship with Jesus and trusting the Lord as her ultimate Physician is what truly led her to wholeness.

Natalie feels so passionately about supporting and encouraging others as they fine tune their own path to healing. She understands how overwhelming the wellness world can be and works to equip and empower her clients to ease the stress of making and sustaining lifestyle changes.

She believes each person is uniquely designed by God and therefore takes a bioindividual approach to diet and lifestyle that meets the person exactly where they are. Natalie lives in Wilmington, NC with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys a strong cup of coffee and a deep conversation with a good friend, moving her body through various forms of exercise and spending every free minute on the beach.
